Use this page to specify whether approval processes can be defined for content added to this page group, and whether users receive notifications about the status of the content in the page group.

| Enable Approvals and Notifications | Select this option to enable item approvals and item notifications in the page group. A new tab, Approval, displays the next time you edit the page group. From this tab, you can define the approval process and specify notification recipients for the page group. Notes:

| Use Portal Workflow | Select this option if you want to use Oracle Portal's built-in approval functionality. If you select this option, page group administrators and page designers define the approval process on the Approval tab of the page group or page. |
| Use BPEL Workflow | Select this option if you want to leverage the advanced features of Oracle BPEL workflow processes for approving content in your page group. The workflow processes are created using Oracle BPEL Designer and then pointed to from Oracle Portal. In the Approval tab, page group administrators and page designers identify the Oracle BPEL workflow process that they want to use. |

| Allow Pages to Override the Page Group Approval Process | By default, all pages in a page group inherit the approval process defined at the page group level. To allow page designers to override this and define approval processes at the page level, select this option. Notes:
