Use this page to identify the Oracle Reports Server that you are making accessible in Oracle Portal.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Display Name | Edit or enter the name you want to display for this Reports Server when it is exposed through Oracle Portal. This name can have spaces in it. |
Reports Server Name | Enter the name of the Reports Server. This is the unique name you gave the server during installation, provided you haven't changed that name. |
Description | Optionally, enter a description of this Reports Server. |
Oracle Reports Web Gateway URL for JSP reports | Enter the URL that points to the location of your Java Server Page (JSP) files. For example: For information on specifying the virtual path, see the configuration chapter of Oracle Fusion Middleware Publishing Reports to the Web with Oracle Reports Services. |
Oracle Reports Web Gateway URL for RDF reports | Enter the URL that points to the location of the Reports Servlet. For example: For information on specifying the virtual path, see the configuration chapter of Oracle Fusion Middleware Publishing Reports to the Web with Oracle Reports Services. |
Run Only Registered Report Definition Files | Check this box if you want only the report definition files that are registered in Oracle Portal to run when requested. Any report files that are not registered fail to run when requested. Leave this box unchecked if you want this Reports Server to accept any report definition file, including those not registered in Oracle Portal, as long as the user who submits the report request has access privileges to this Reports Server. |
Printers | Select the printer(s) that you want to make available to this Reports Server for printing output. Multiple selections are possible. Note:
